2. Hvilke oplysninger indsamler vi

Når du udfylder vores kontaktformular, indsamler vi de oplysninger, du selv angiver: navn, e-mail, eventuelt telefonnummer og virksomhedsnavn samt indholdet af din besked.

Vi bruger to strengt nødvendige cookies: site_lang, der husker dit valg af sprog (dansk/engelsk/polsk), og cookie_ack, der husker, at du har set denne cookie-besked. Ingen af cookiesne indeholder personoplysninger, og begge udløber efter 12 måneder. Da de er strengt nødvendige for hjemmesidens funktion, kræver de ikke samtykke. Cloudflare, der driver hjemmesiden, kan herudover sætte tekniske sikkerhedscookies (f.eks. til at adskille rigtige besøgende fra bots). Disse er ligeledes strengt nødvendige og indeholder ingen personoplysninger. Vi bruger ikke analyse- eller markedsføringscookies på nuværende tidspunkt.

3. Formål og retsgrundlag

Vi behandler dine oplysninger for at kunne besvare din henvendelse og eventuelt indgå en aftale med dig. Retsgrundlaget er databeskyttelsesforordningens artikel 6, stk. 1, litra b (kontraktopfyldelse/foranstaltninger forud for aftaleindgåelse) og litra f (legitim interesse i at kunne besvare henvendelser).

4. Videregivelse og databehandlere

Vi videregiver ikke dine oplysninger til tredjeparter, medmindre det er nødvendigt for at levere vores ydelser. Vores hjemmeside driftes via Cloudflare, som kan behandle data uden for EU/EØS under passende garantier (EU-Kommissionens standardkontraktbestemmelser). Kildekode og projektdata opbevares via GitHub. Når du udfylder kontaktformularen, sendes din henvendelse via Resend (e-mailudsendelse) og gemmes i en database hos Supabase (EU-region). Vi bruger desuden Sentry til fejlovervågning af hjemmesiden, hvilket kan indebære begrænset behandling af tekniske oplysninger som IP-adresse. Alle databehandlere er underlagt databehandleraftaler.

5. Opbevaring

Oplysninger fra kontaktformularen opbevares, så længe det er nødvendigt for at besvare din henvendelse og eventuelt indgå og opfylde en aftale, og slettes herefter i overensstemmelse med gældende bogføringslovgivning, hvor relevant.

6. Dine rettigheder

Du har ret til indsigt i, berigtigelse af og sletning af dine oplysninger, ret til at gøre indsigelse mod behandlingen samt ret til dataportabilitet. Du kan til enhver tid trække dit samtykke tilbage. Du har desuden ret til at klage til Datatilsynet, www.datatilsynet.dk.

2. What information we collect

When you fill out our contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, email, optionally phone number and company name, and the content of your message.

We use two strictly necessary cookies: site_lang, which remembers your language choice (Danish/English/Polish), and cookie_ack, which remembers that you've seen this cookie notice. Neither cookie contains personal data, and both expire after 12 months. As they are strictly necessary for the website to function, they do not require consent. Cloudflare, which operates the website, may additionally set technical security cookies (e.g. to distinguish genuine visitors from bots). These are likewise strictly necessary and contain no personal data. We do not currently use analytics or marketing cookies.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your information to respond to your enquiry and potentially enter into an agreement with you. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures) and (f) (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

4. Disclosure and data processors

We do not disclose your information to third parties except where necessary to deliver our services. Our website is operated via Cloudflare, which may process data outside the EU/EEA under appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses). Source code and project data are stored via GitHub. When you submit the contact form, your enquiry is sent via Resend (email delivery) and stored in a database hosted by Supabase (EU region). We also use Sentry for error monitoring of the website, which may involve limited processing of technical data such as IP address. All processors are covered by data processing agreements.

5. Retention

Information from the contact form is retained for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to enter into and fulfil an agreement, after which it is deleted in accordance with applicable bookkeeping legislation where relevant.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency, www.datatilsynet.dk.

Przetwarzamy Twoje dane, aby odpowiedzieć na zapytanie i ewentualnie zawrzeć z Tobą umowę. Podstawą prawną jest art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO (wykonanie umowy / działania przed zawarciem umowy) oraz lit. f (uzasadniony interes w odpowiadaniu na zapytania).

4. Udostępnianie i podmioty przetwarzające

Nie udostępniamy Twoich danych osobom trzecim, chyba że jest to konieczne do świadczenia naszych usług. Nasza strona działa za pośrednictwem Cloudflare, które może przetwarzać dane poza UE/EOG przy zastosowaniu odpowiednich zabezpieczeń (standardowe klauzule umowne UE). Kod źródłowy i dane projektu są przechowywane za pośrednictwem GitHub. Po wysłaniu formularza kontaktowego Twoje zapytanie jest wysyłane za pośrednictwem Resend (dostawa e-maili) i zapisywane w bazie danych Supabase (region UE). Używamy również Sentry do monitorowania błędów na stronie, co może obejmować ograniczone przetwarzanie danych technicznych, takich jak adres IP. Wszyscy podmioty przetwarzające dane są objęci umowami powierzenia przetwarzania danych.

5. Przechowywanie

Dane z formularza kontaktowego są przechowywane tak długo, jak to konieczne do odpowiedzi na Twoje zapytanie i ewentualnego zawarcia oraz wykonania umowy, a następnie usuwane zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami dotyczącymi księgowości, jeśli ma to zastosowanie.
